Neem

Neem is a tree whose oil can be used much like emu oil and is considered by some to be the vegan equivalent. In a high quality product, Neem has been proven to reduce swelling and promote regeneration of healing tissue.

Neem may be used as-is, or one can make a tea-like mixture of neem leaves and Dead Sea Mineral Salts and use this mixture to soak/spray the pierced/implanted area.
