Aaron Cain (born in Pacific Grove, California in 1971) is a tattoo artist who is well known for his biomechanical work. His artwork has been heavily influenced by H.R. Giger. He began tattooing professionally in 1989.
He appeared on Tattoo Wars with Guy Aitchison.
