- June—Nick Anzalone first performs a Nick Piercing.

- July —BMEFest 2004 was held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. (including the 2nd annual Pain Olympics)
- July 20—thanks to an anonymous benefactor, the name, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Gauntlet return to the ownership of Jim Ward.

- August 10—Official DVD Release Date of Freaks (movie).
- August 15—The Return of the Weirdos event, the 3rd annual Bowling With Weirdos, is hosted by Brian Sowden and Shane Munce in Norristown, PA.
