Earlobe removal is a form of Ear Shaping involving the partial or total removal of the earlobe. Some people do this to quickly "correct" a stretched ear that they no longer want, others do it to cosmetically change the shape of the ear (sometimes to accentuate Ear Pointing), or any number of other reasons.

Earlobe removal is often done as a Clamp and Cut procedure, or just cut off and Sutured and/or cauterized.
