Austin Bar
From BME Encyclopedia
The Austin bar (named after the first known person to get the piercing, as performed by Patrick Bartholomew) is a horizontal nasal tip piercing through the point of the nose. It does not pass through the septum itself, nor is it "exposed" inside the nasal cavities. If it was, it would be a nasallang.
This is a very rare piercing (vertical nasal tip piercings are far more common), but a few pictures of it and related piercings can be found here on BME.
