Sarai Bismuth

Sarai Bismuth is a piercer who works in Psycho Tattoo in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
She was the one who initially started calling upper lip frenulum piercings Smiley piercings, she also introduced the pun Frowny for the lower frenulum piercing.
