Shane Faulkner is a Toronto-based tattoo artist and the owner of King of Fools. King of Fools Tattoos is a private, appointment-based, custom tattoo studio.
Shane has been tattooing for nearly 20 years and works within the influences of many styles including Japanese, Renaissance-era, comic book and film-themed tattoos.
Shane also sings in the band Redeemer.
Shane and his partner Jovanka have 1 daughter, Violet.
Awards and Recognition
- 1st place winner of the 2005 STAR WARS celebration conventions BEST LARGE TATTOO, for his "Evolution of the Storm Trooper" sleeve.
- 1st place at the 2004 Quebec convention for BEST LARGE BLACK AND GREY TATTOO.
- Featured on the new BLADE RUNNER ULTIMATE EDITION DVD COLLECTION, for his Blade Runner-themed sleeve on partner Jovanka Vuckovic, former Editor-in-Chief of horror publication - RUE MORGUE MAGAZINE.
- Featured in the Star Wars coffee table book Forced in Flesh.
