For those who use an Elastrator purely for the fantasy of being castrated and not actually BEING castrated, there is the risk of hypogonadism (the shrinking of testicles). The damage done each time you "band" your testicles will result in smaller testicles over time and the eventual loss of testicular function. AKA, if you band, even for 10 minutes once a day, your nuts will shrink until they become useless.
