Supernumerary [[nipple|nipples]] can be pierced.

Extra (supernumerary) nipples are relatively common in humans, and generally are harmless and nothing to worry about. They are usually much smaller than the main two nipples (and look almost like [[mole|moles]]), but in many cases are large enough to pierce successfully.
