'''James Veitch''', also known as "'''The Judge''',"  is a performing member of [[Circus Carnis]] and also of [[Perth Pirate Core]] who moved from Melbourne on the east coast of Australia, to Perth, Western Australia in 2005. Veitch joined Circus Carnis to help out on stage alongside [[Emili Hubble]], [[Ryan Mulholland]], Janey Hakanson and [[Todd Denzil-Williams]] at a series of shows, though he quickly became a full time and valued member of the troupe.
