Lotus Suspension

A lotus suspension is a style of suspension based on the yogic lotus position, or to put it very, very simply, sitting with crossed legs. It is generally accomplished by hooks in the back, similar to a suicide suspension, with more in the legs to keep the body in that position while suspended.
