T-bar Nipple
From BME Encyclopedia
A T-bar nipple piercing is a three or more point piercing of the nipple consisting of a crossbar moving across the nipple (usually horizontally), and a stem extending straight out from the front of the nipple. The points can be pierced all at once in a single procedure, or the stem of the t-bar can be pierced after first healing (and perhaps stretching) the crossbar.
Variations such as multiple crossbars and other exit points for the stem as well as custom jewelry are also possible (actually, custom jewelry will always be used on these in one way or another).
