lorums

The lorum is a "LOW-fren-UM" — that is, a frenum piercing placed low on the shaft, close to the scrotum, or even on the raphe of the scrotum itself.

Paul King adds,

This was first named when performed on Dan Kopka by Elayne Angel at Gauntlet LA. They both created the name by combining the words "low" and "frenum".
Doug Malloy says frenum and lorum piercings were used in Europe to attach "Franey Cages" as chastity devices. Some evidence supports piercings being used to attach chastity cages and locks but this specific placement has not been substantiated.

Early Gauntlet catalogs sometimes referred to this piercing as a "front centered hafada".
