Video game which allows characters to get tattooed

A game by Lionhead Studios, Fable (previously known as Project Ego) is a game being made for the Xbox, by Big Blue Box Studios. What makes this game very interesting is the complete customization of your character, if your character gets cut, the scar will remain until he/she dies (imagine the scarification possibilities here.) It is also possible to get tattoos, and the "tattoos will be fully customizable, as will facial hair." The game also goes one step farther, as "...kids will cut their hair like you and even get tattoos to match your own."
