A '''[[T-bar]] [[nipple piercing]]''' is a three or more point piercing of the [[nipple]] consisting of a crossbar moving across the nipple (usually horizontally), and a stem extending straight out from the front of the nipple. The points can be pierced all at once in a single procedure, or the stem of the t-bar can be pierced after first healing (and perhaps stretching) the crossbar.
