Tom Leppard, also known as Leopard Man of Skye, is a man from Woodbridge, Suffolk who is well known for once being "the world's most tattooed man" by Guinness World Records. He has 99.2% of his body covered in tattoos of leopard spots. Lucky Diamond Rich beat his world record in 2003.
He spent many years living a primitive life on Loch na Bieste. In 2008 he moved into an assisted living facility in Skye village of Broadford.
