"On his IAM page ("lukas zpira"), he writes the following statement: To be, and to appear what we are hybrid beings half organic matter, half manufactured product, mutants..."

I can't find that anywhere on his page... And however interesting a quote for Lukas might be, it I don't think it needs to be entirely in bold. Use bold to highlight a word or sentence, not an entire paragraph, it just doesn't look neat.

doesn't read like an encyclopedia entry

This entry sounds like an advertisement or hero-worship. I don't know how to make it sound more encyclopedia-ey, but I've given it a shot once. Needs to be addressed.
