Farrah Flawless, formerly known as Pauly Unstoppable, is a heavily modified transitioning woman who is well known in the BME community for her large gauge double nostrils. She was the first person to get a sclera tattoo. She has been featured in Bizarre Magazine. [1]
She was nicknamed Pauly Unstoppable because she has had many near death experiences.
She began living as a woman in 2013.
